AI you can use on Monday.

Hands-on workshops and private training for people and teams who are done reading about AI and ready to actually use it. You leave with work finished, not notes taken.

Practical AI for beginners

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Siete Mares, Panama City

seats maximum — small rooms, on purpose

ES / EN

taught bilingually, never a translated deck

100%

hands-on — your laptop, your work, in the room

Why learn it here

We teach this because we do this.

MAPU Labs is a consultancy first. Every exercise in the room came out of real client work — the same automations, the same tools, the same mistakes we already made so you do not have to.

Practitioners, not lecturers

We build AI and automation for Latin American businesses every week. The workshop is what that work looks like, slowed down.

Plain language

No math, no jargon, no acronym soup. If you can send an email, you can keep up.

Bilingual and local

Taught in Latin American Spanish or U.S. English, with examples from businesses that look like yours.

You leave with assets

Prompts, templates and a workflow you already ran once. Not a certificate you file away.

What a session looks like

Four steps, one afternoon.

01

Reserve your seat

Pay online and get your confirmation, the address and a short prep note.

02

Bring a laptop

And one real task from your week. That task is what we work on together.

03

Build it in the room

Guided, hands-on, at your pace. We stay with you until it runs.

04

Leave with your kit

Prompts, templates and cheat sheets so you keep going on Monday.

For companies

Bring it in-house.

Public workshops teach the skill. For a team, we start with what your operation actually does — then train on your tools, your workflows, your data.

AI Opportunity Audit

Consulting engagement · single company

We sit with your operation and map it: where the repetitive work lives, what it costs you, and which parts AI can take over safely.

— Process and task map of your current operation
— Prioritized automation opportunities, ranked by effort and return
— Risk review: where AI should not touch your business
— Recommended tools and a phased implementation plan

Corporate and Private Training

Closed cohort · on-site or remote

The workshop content, rebuilt around your team’s real workflows and delivered privately in Spanish, English, or both.

— Curriculum shaped to your department and tools
— On-site in Panama City or remote for distributed teams
— Exercises built from your own processes
— Follow-up session to review what actually stuck

Before you book

Questions we get asked

Do I need any experience with AI?

For the consumer workshops, none at all. If you can use a browser and send an email, you are ready. The technical track assumes you already write code.

What language is the workshop in?

Each session lists its language. Public workshops run in U.S. English or Latin American Spanish; private training can be either, or both.

Are sessions recorded?

No — they are hands-on and in person. You leave with the materials and everything you built instead.

What should I bring?

A laptop, a charger, and one real task from your week that you would like to hand off to AI.

Seats are limited on purpose.

Pick a workshop, or tell us about your team and we will build one around it.
